Happy LOL Day!!!! :)

Yay, I was so worried I had missed LOL Day. So happy to still be able to make a post for it.

In case you don't know what LOL day is, it's a day about our lurkers! The ones who hide behind the shadows and read, but don't know if they should speak up or not. The ones who might have gone to make a comment before, but decided not to post it. Anyone with questions, or who just wants to de-lurk and start being "active" in this amazing community. Come out from the shadows, and leave me a comment. Tell me a little bit about you. Ask me any questions you have for me. Any questions you have for Colin. Or just simply say hi!

Shut-up and Just Spank Me!

Hi!! So I was in the mood to write some more Dr.Seuss spanko version-y stuff, but nothing was giving me too much inspiration. I started listening to music, and all of a sudden a song came on, and a light bulb went off!

I'm sure you've heard of the song, Shut up and Dance? If not, it's been pretty popular this summer on the radio and its a pretty catchy song. The song is great left the way it is, but I felt the need to change it around a bit. If you're wondering what my version is about, well .. see Matt Bomer below.

Little disclaimer before I start *I would never tell Colin to shut up and spank me. First of all, If I said shut-up (especially if I was already in trouble) I probably wouldn't sit too comfortably. Second of all, I'm just sweet and would never say anything like that. ;)

The Dom With The Palm.

Sooo I'm kinda sorta supposed to be doing some chores right now, but I'm kinda sorta bored of the chores and wanted to write something fun.

Colin texted me this morning and told me to check our app to see what he added for today. I answered with, "Yes, Sir." He then said:

"Good girl. Let's start this week off right and you will be rewarded, but the minute you act up or not do something I tell you to do, you will be punished. Do you understand me?"

Geez. Mr. HOH is back! I checked the list and decided I'd get most of it done later on in the day. I went to the store, got stuff for dinner, because I'm now obsessed with our crockpot! I love having dinner ready for him when he gets home, it makes me so happy to do that for him. So anyway,  I did that and then decided to watch a bit of tv. I got pretty into my show and ended up watching a few more episodes than I should have.

My phone went off and I saw a text from Colin.

"I don't see anything checked off the list. You don't want to disappoint me baby."

I quickly got up, checked the list, and was able to do a few things and cross them off. It was too late in the day to do two of them, and there are two others I haven't done yet. I just realllllyyy don't feel like vacuuming or doing laundry right now. I mean he never reallllyy told me I had to get them all done, so I'm hoping what I did do will suffice? Wishful thinking, I know. Having said that, I really should be vacuuming, but blogging just sounds like so much more fun right now!

Soooo - I haven't done any Dr. Seuss lately and I figured now is as good of a time as ever. So, rather than "The Cat in the Hat," here is:

The Dom With The Palm!

The sun did not shine,
I had no time to play,
I had chores to get done,
On this cold winters day.

The tv was calling,
I sat down for a few.

Didn't I have something to do?

Too tired for chores,

I shouldn't have sat on the couch

This story ended up being wayyyy longer than I thought it was, so I left out some parts in the middle to make it a bit shorter.

My Dom with the TWITCHY palm is on his way home now, and I just told him that most of the chores were done, but not all of them.

After hearing a mini lecture from him, and receiving a text that says, "I don't want any hesitation. When I say get over my knee, DO IT,"I'm wondering if this poem will resemble real life at all when he gets home tonight .. eeek.

I sweetly replied to that text with a, "Yes Sir." This followed:

"I'll see you when I get home."
"I love you lots and lots and lots!"
"That's not going to help that bottom of yours."

It's the Most Spankable Time of the Year!

Ahhh I finally have time to myself, yay! Although, It's not that much time so hopefully I can get this blog post done today. My best friend from out of state has been staying with us for the past few days, not to mention Colin has worked literally almost 100 hours this week, and I've been going crazy doing last minute Christmas Shopping. Needless to say, I haven't been able to get on my blog at all!

I'm sorry I'm not up to date on reading posts/commenting, but I'm going to get to it asap I promise!

Anyway, we haven't been able to do the Spanko Advent Calendar stuff in a long time, and I know todays is that we're supposed to come up with a spanko holiday jingle together, so I asked Colin if he could help me out with one, and here it is!

Spanko Claus is Coming to Town & Other Spanko Jingles!

The holiday season is upon us, and even though Thanksgiving isn't even over yet, I am might possibly, be one of those people who start listening to Christmas songs, wayyy earlier than I should. I want to get a tree, start decorating, and blasting that Christmas music. Since Colin would probably consider it a spankable offense if I started blasting Christmas music through the house already, I figured I'll share some spanko jingles with you guys! Hope you enjoy.

*Oh and a quick update first. Colin has been working crazy work hours, but depending on when he gets home tonight, the LOL day spanking will probably happen tonight. If not, It'll happen whatever night this week he gets home before 10 pm. *One more update since I'm in a Christmasy/Holiday kinda mood today - Remember the Spanko Camp 2013 post I made this past summer? Well, I loved writing that Calendar, so I figured I'd make an Advent Calendar, similar to that one! I've been coming up with ideas for it for about a month now, and finally finished it last night! The only difference with this one, is the activities are designed to actually be done by you guys! The Camp was more of a silly little fantasy camp, but the Spanko Advent Calendar is 25 days of Spanko/DD/Ds activities. You can follow along every day, or just do a few days, it's totally up to you! Colin and I are going to try and do each day, but I'm sure real life will get in the way from time to time. Anyway, I'll be putting it up the last day of this month, but just wanted to give you guys a heads up!*

LOL Day Follow-up & MmHmmmm

First off, I have to mention LOL Day - All I can say is WOW! I never thought in a million years, I'd get that many comments. That was so cool! I got to hear from old friends, current friends, and make some new ones! I have some new blogs to follow, and I got to hear from a few lurkers who will hopefully have their own blogs sometime soon. :)

Oh, plus I won a prize from Rogue, at rougesawakening, and it'll be so exciting to get it! Yay. Thanks to both her, and Blondie who donated the prize. :)

I'm so sorry I haven't responded to the comments on my LOL post yet, I promise I will asap! I've been out of town due to both a family emergency, and also a really great DD friends meet up.

We just got back in this morning, and I was so excited to write a new blog post, as well as catch up on everyone else's blog! I will be doing that asap as well.

So a big thanks to everyone who commented on LOL Day, and a big thanks to Bonnie for coming up with such a fun event! Oh, and not to mention, I had to pick 6 slips from the naughty jar. YIKES! I actually got lucky and pulled a "No spanking" card for one of them, but ended up being a bit mouthy, so mean ole' Colin made me put that one back and pick another one. I vote no fair on that! ;)

We didn't have time to do the spanking when we were on our trip, but he said it will happen this week depending on his work schedule. Here's a preview of the slips that were chosen. 

As you can see, I'm in for quite a spanking! Eeek. Some of the slips we chose say to recite a line, such as, "I'm sorry, i'll be good," or something like that. We both agreed that since it wasn't a punishment type thing, he'll just have me count the ones that pertain to misbehaving. Once the spanking takes place, I'll be sure to update you guys, as well as providing the pic that was promised. :P

Now on to another topic, which I've been SOOO excited to write about...Colin and I had the awesome opportunity to meet/spend time with 3 other DD couples over this past weekend. I could probably write three blog entries about it, so I'll try to keep in short and sweet, but I can't promise anything. ;)

I was soooo nervous on the way there, and as we got to the parking lot I started freaking out a bit. I can be really shy at first, so I didn't want that to come across as bitchy or rude, and I just really hoped they'd like both Colin, and myself. We get to the door, and as i'm mid sentence, telling Colin how nervous I was, the three girls swung open the door and greeted us with big hugs! We went inside, met everyone, and sat down for a couple drinks. 

We met Cat/Alec, Honey/Lee, and I'm not sure if the other couple wants to be named, so I'll just say another awesome couple. Let me know if you want me to say who. :)

I was a bit shy, but I think we clicked right away. The guys all seemed like sweet, friendly, teddy bears. (Sorry guys. ;) I also saw a bit of their HOHy sides as well though,) and the girls were all sweeter than I could have ever imagined! We hung out for a couple hours, and then Colin and I had somewhere we had to be for a bit, and then we met up with them later that night. We stayed up for a while talking, the guys cracking some HOH type jokes, and the girls just looking at each other like we all knew it was coming. We talked about both vanilla things, and some DD things, and it was just so much fun. I don't think any of us wanted the night to end, but we were all pretty exhausted. 

When we got to our hotel room, I was so tired, and I was being a little bratty with Colin. Well, of course he decided to take care of that, even though one of the other couples was staying directly beneath us. Thankfully, I don't think they heard anything, but the next morning at breakfast, he made sure to subtly say how we had something we had to take care of last night before bed. Thanks babe. ;) Not only that, but he had me walk away from the breakfast table, and go to the bathroom to put on some cap cream. No one knew until I told them later that day, so I was glad Colin was nice enough to be discreet about it. 

Prior to this, a few of us were outside, and Colin walked to the car to get the cap cream. He came back, I gave him a look, and he responded with, "Mmhmmm." Just that one word, but he had the biggest grin on his face, so everyone knew what that Mhmmm meant, and just started cracking up. It soon became a saying we all heard multiple times. Pretty sure it's all of the guys new favorite sayings.

Only thing I'd change is that we didn't have enough time to spend together. We had to leave after breakfast, and I hated saying goodbye. After lots of hugs, we went our separate ways, but Colin and I couldn't stop talking about how much fun we had. 

I think it's definitely the beginning of long lasting friendships. We get to see one of the couples again in a couple of weeks, plus another couple I'm so excited to meet! Hopefully we'll be able to all get together again, and won't have to wait to long.

See, I could go on talking about it for... forever, but I'll wrap it up now. Can't wait to catch up on blogs, and thanks to everyone again for all the LOL Day comments. :) You guys are the best!

I was a lurker for a while before deciding to make a blog myself. I read tons of blogs, and always wanted to comment, but never really knew what to say. I didn't think I could contribute much, because I was so new, but I was wrong to think that! I'm so happy I now have a blog, and if any of you lurkers out there are thinking about starting one up, I hope you decide to try it out. It's a great place, with great like-minded people. I've been lucky enough to meet a blog friend in real life, who became a great friend, and I'm also lucky enough to be meeting some more blog friends this weekend! Seriously, you really can find some pretty cool friendships here.

Colin and I also wanted to let you lurkers (and of course regular readers) know, that we'll answer any questions you have for us! Anything you want to know about us/TTWD from either the subs point of view, or the Doms point of view! Ask away. :)

Andddd, just because I think incentives are pretty cool, I'm going to give you even more of a reason to comment! I had some ideas for LOL Day incentives, so I told Colin about them. He liked my ideas, but actually came up with an idea of his own, which I think, makes it even better. :)

We have this jar, called the Naughty Jar, from CANE-IAC. It's a little jar with a bunch of rolled up papers in there. All the papers have some sort of spanking instructions. Most include the implement, the position, and some other non spanking things are mixed in there too.

Ten things all Doms/HOHs must know!

Before I get to explaining the title of this blog post, let me start by saying; Colin and I are back to being on track! It took a while, and i'm sure we'll still hit rough patches, because we are both still busy, but it feels good to be back at it. Although, I don't thing my butt would agree with me!

I got a serious spanking the other night. Probably the worst one yet, but after it was over, I felt amazing. Again, my butt would NOT agree with me. I just really needed to see that he wasn't always going to go easy on me, and that he was still going to hold me accountable with our rules, even though we've been crazy busy. I certainly saw that the other day. We were laying in bed after, about to fall asleep, and he said, "I love how spankings bring us so much closer." Such a simple thing for him to say, but it made me really happy to hear that he felt that way. I can now officially say that it IS possible to turn a pretty vanilla guy, into a Dominant spanko! Yay!

I do have another punishment spanking coming pretty soon though. Blegh! You know the game candy crush for phones? Yea well, I have a slight addiction to that game, and it's landed me in trouble. If you don't know what it is, it's a free game for smart phones, but you can purchase extras within the app, to help beat levels. Welllll, let's just say I overspend a bit on those extras. He's told me over and over again that I need to ask permission first, but I always get caught up in the game and forget to ask. So i'll be feeling some of the new (FIVE new, to be exact) implements we just got from Cane-Iac. Expect a blog entry about that soon!

1. Corners are boring. We don't need to stand there. Same goes for walls.. they're meant to keep buildings up, not to put noses in! 
2. Wooden spoons are for COOKING. Whoever came up with the idea for a wooden spoon, did not mean for it to be applied to someones bottom. Do something useful with it, make soup or something. :)

4. I'm not in english class. I do not need to write an essay. If you really need to read an essay on why respect is important, or why we need to be submissive, go do a quick google search. I'm sure you'll find something there.
5. You REALLY need to get your hearing checked. I think I can speak for all of us subs out there, when I say we've heard that question, "What'd you just say?" Do we really need to continue to repeat ourselves? You should really be better listeners.

Some (hopefully) new spanking questions!

I love all the spanking surveys that there are out there, especially when I want to write in the blog, but I don't have all that much to write about in the moment.

That being said, i've done a few of the surveys i've found floating around in blog land, and when I just did a search to see if there were any fun ones I hadn't done, I couldn't really find any. So, that brings me to this post. I'm going to try and create my own survey. I'm sure some of the questions will be similar to questions you've seen on other surveys, but i'm going to try my best to come up with some different/new ones. *Also, thanks to Riley for a couple of the question ideas!*

1.) Was there a certain event from your life, that sparked the spanking interest? If so, feel free to share: 

I can't pinpoint my interest in spanking to any specific incident, but I know it started at a pretty early age!

2.) What do you most often call your HOH/Spanker? (Sir, Master, etc.)

Most of the time, I use Sir.

3.) What does your HOH/Spanker most often call you? (Young Lady, Girl, etc)

Oh he has a few "terms of endearment." Young lady, my pet, and brat are the three most common I think.

4.) We're building a big spanko bonfire, which one implement are you bringing to toss in?

I have to give a little thought to this one to make sure I pick the right implement! Hmm, I think i'd go with our wooden paddle!

5.) We all know how many punishments there are to choose from; spanking, lecturing, corner time, etc.. but what about rewards? Do you have a favorite 'reward' that is used? If not, what's something you'd like used as a reward?

He's used a get out of spanking card before as a reward, but I think my favorite reward is a massage.

6.) What's that one phrase, that when it's used, you know you're in trouble?

"That's it!" Accompanied by the look, and him going to get an implement. There's no turning back at that point. Short, sweet, and to the point.

I'll go with, getting spanked in front of someone else.

8.) Someone comes to you, and says they just started practicing domestic discipline. What's the biggest piece of advice you can give them?

Be PATIENT! Things aren't going to go as you envision them overnight. Actually, they probably will never be 100 percent like you envision it. Go with the flow, make DD about what fits you best as a couple - and have fun with it!

9.) Where is the craziest place you've been spanked?

I don't have a great answer for this one .. hmm, probably pulled over at a park and ride?

10.) We talked about a spanking bucket list, now let's get a little more into it.. what about a BDSM style bucket list? What's something you'd like to cross off of that?

Okay, i'll get a little personal here - maybe some sort of orgasm denial type stuff? Sorry if that's TMI, readers. ;)

11.) Is there a punishment you thought you'd never try, but ended up trying and finding effective?

We always thought being sent to the bedroom by myself, would be pointless. We've tried it a few times lately, and it's actually very effective.

12.) What is something you wish you knew before you started DD/TTWD?

I'd probably say that it was going to be tough. Extremely tough at times. It's totally worth it so far though. 

13.) If you could take a break from one rule, for one week, which rule would it be?

Him being on my butt about cursing!

14.) This might sound like a no brainer at first, but really think about it. If you could only have one sort of spanking in your dynamic, would you rather it be discipline or fun?

Honestly, i'd rather discipline spankings if I had to pick just one. I'd miss the fun, playful ones, so that's not an easy answer, but i'll stick with my gut and say i'd rather stick with discipline.

15.) If your HOH/Spanker messed up, and offered to let you spank them, would you? Why/Why not?

As much as I love the idea of that, I don't think I could. I'm not "toppy," at all, and i'd honestly laugh the whole entire time.

16.) What is your favorite form of aftercare?

Him playing with my hair. Me looking up at him, while he plays with my hair and cuddles with me. Best feeling in the world.

17.) How was DD/spanking brought up to you, or how did you bring it up to your partner?

I brought it up to him, very slowly. I started off dropping hints about fun, sexual type spankings, and then one day, years into our relationship, finally got the courage to tell him more about DD/Ds type stuff.

I don't know if i'm right or not on this one, but I think he'd pick the strap. Or maybe the wooden paddle?

I can be a bit... feisty, so if i'm in a particular cheeky kinda mood, and I know i'm going to be getting a spanking, i'd probably put on my panties that say, "Naughty Girl." Always fun to get a little laugh out of him. :)

You don't always have to worry about me when it comes to spanking/punishment. I can take it. In fact, I need to be pushed a bit for it to really be effective. Don't be afraid to mean business. ;)

Spanking advice a-z!

I remember coming across a few blogs a while ago, when a meme was going around about the ABC's of spanking. People would list things, A-Z, having to do with spanking. Fun idea!

Well I decided to change that idea around, just a little bit, and thought i'd try to write my own A-Z list. So here is my Spanking advice A-Z. Of course i'll also include some more general DD stuff, but spanking advice just sounded better. ;) I'm seriously in noooo way an expert on spanking, DD, Ds, etc, so this isn't meant as a serious thing. Just something I thought I could have a little fun with!

*Now, this part is really important for you HOH's out there - pay close attention to this advice, it could really help you out. ;) After all, this advice is mainly for you!

PS - Totally kidding, and not trying to be disrespectful here, just in a fun playful mood. 

A- "Are you realllllly going to spank me?" That question CAN sometimes be answered with, "Nope, I was just kidding."

Spanko Rap - Old school!

Yayyy, I finally have time to blog again! Work has been crazy busy, and i've really missed blogland! Thankfully it's starting to calm down, and we have a nice long holiday weekend ahead of us. :)

Anyway, i'm going to write a little update on us soon, but in the mean time, I thought i'd try another spanko parody kinda post. I've had this song stuck in my head for days now, so I decided to make a new spanko version.

Do you remember the show, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air? I grew up watching it, so it takes me back to some fun memories. If you don't know the show, or the oh so amazing theme song, take a listen below.

This isn't one of the best i've done, that's for sure, but it was hard, so cut me some slack. ;)

Mad Libs - Spanko Style!

I'm going to take a wild guess here, and assume that most of you have done mad libs before. If not, you're missing out! I used to do them all the time with friends when I was younger, and they were just so much fun. I came across some old mad libs the other day, and of course my spanko lightbulb went off!

What's even better than mad libs? Mad libs, spanko style!

So I figured why not try and create one, and hope that you guys will play along! Play with a friend, your husband, your wife, your spankee, your spanker, etc - and then if you feel like it, post it on your blog, because i'd love to read it! :)

What in the world was I thinking? Was I even thinking at all? How could I have possibly thought I was going to get away with this? If only I had listened to (name of HOH/Dom,) when he warned me to behave. Why couldn't I have listened, just this once? I had a few simple rules I had to follow, and not only did I break one, I broke (Number!) We even went over the rules the other day. I can hear his voice in my head right now. He was standing over me, looking me in the (Body Part,) telling me he wanted to make sure I understood what was expected of me.

1.) No cursing allowed. Especially not the dreaded swear word, (Craziest word you can think of!) If that word even came close to coming out of my mouth. He'd make sure to wash it out with (Food item.)

2.) If I was going to be home late, let him know. He wanted to know I was safe, and not lost, wandering around in (Place in the world.)

3.) Have dinner on the table when he comes home from work. It's a long day when you do what he does. I can't imagine being a (Crazy job.) So if he wants a hot plate of (Food Item,) and (Food item,) waiting for him when he gets home, why not make it for him.

4.) Corner time will always be done as follows: Hands on (body part) facing the corner. Don't speak unless spoken to, and only answer respectfully, making sure to say (Funny pet name to show affection) after each yes or no answer.

That's it! It really shouldn't be that hard to follow those rules! So here I am, waiting for him in the corner. Oh (Crazy made up swear word/exclamation) I hear his footsteps. Here we go!

Well, well, what do we have here? Looks like my naughty little (Tih/Subs name) with her (Body part) pressed into the corner, waiting for her punishment. Maybe if you hadn't been so (Adjective,) you wouldn't be waiting to go over my (Body part) to receive your spanking. I just wrote a post yesterday saying how I really haven't written anything in a while, and now here's two posts, two days in a row! I was in the mood to write one of my spanko rhymes, which then turned into two spanko rhymes, so here ya go. :) Nothing big, but hope you enjoy them!

Welcome to Spanko Camp 2013 & Submissive Saturday#5

I decided to switch it up a bit today, and shorten the Submissive Saturday post so I could add something else i've been working on.

Before we get to that, Colin chose to focus on spanking today. That means he can spank me whenever, however, whyever, you name it. He also decided that it's going to not only be today, but today and tomorrow. We're going to be out for about 90 percent of the day today, so I guesssss that sounds fair. Besides, I have a feeling that if I were to argue that, i'd find myself in this position:

Moving on. I don't know about any of you, but I attended an overnight summer camp twice when I was younger. The first time, I was too young to really enjoy it, but the second time - I had the time of my life! You create bonds with people in such a short amount of time, and it's almost like only they understand all the camp memories. From color war, to sneaking into the boys bunks, and everything in between, it was just so much fun. What would be even better than those memories? A spanko camp for adults! I mean really, how much fun would that be?!

 Unfortunately, I can't plan a real life spanko summer camp, so here is my calendar for my "Fake, but I so wish it was real...Spanko Camp 2013!!"
